For over 25 years Creative Blow Mold tooling has been designing, manufacturing, and repairing blow molds for all types of blow mold technologies. The company started modestly with a handful of employees who wanted to apply their blow mold industry knowledge to the process of making better tooling. Slowly, but consistently the company grew in stature and reputation by building high quality tooling.
Today Creative manufactures tooling for many of North America’s top blow molders. Our team of engineers, programmers, machinists, and tool makers are highly experienced in every phase of building the tooling necessary to produce high quality blow molded parts.
Our design/engineering staff has over 75 years of combined experience in the blow mold industry. Our engineers have expertise in 3D product design and modeling, mold & tool design, molding experience, and project management. This team is critical to our ability to add value to the customer relationship. Our group will anticipate obstacles in advance, ask the right questions, and help develop solutions before we begin to build your molds.
Our manufacturing team includes experienced programmers with over 45 years in process engineering and tool manufacturing. Our plant manager and supervisor each have more than 15 years in mold manufacturing. The average tenure of our shop personnel is over 10 years with Creative and more than 16 years in the industry.
Our VP of Operations, Bud Carmen, has spent his entire career in our industry. He is a special asset to our clientele, with extensive hands-on experience in the design, manufacture, and repair of all types of tooling for the blow mold industry. Bud oversees each customer project every step of the way from initial design to final inspection and delivery.
